Hello, welcome to 1/2P!

Hello and welcome to our class page!

I am Miss Kennedy, and I am very lucky to be joined by our wonderful teaching assistant, Mrs Plumpton. We are also supported by Miss Rohman and Mrs Collins, so there’s always lots of help and encouragement in our classroom.

This year, we are excited to learn and grow together. Our class characters are Famous Queens, Mother Teresa, and Tim Berners-Lee – they inspire us to be curious, kind, and creative.

In 1/2P, we love exploring the world around us, asking questions, and discovering new things. We are busy developing our phonics knowledge to become confident readers and writers, and we’re working hard on our understanding of numbers all the way to 100.

Most importantly, we are looking forward to a fantastic year where we will build resilience, determination, and a passion for learning – so that each of us can become the very best learners we can be.

We can’t wait to share our journey with you!
